94b46b4e38 tuned_nettool.py: bz 542305 - [abrt] crash detected in tuned-0.2.5-2.fc12 
Some strange network cards (e.g. Unknown (0x1062)) are not supported
by 'ethtool'. The tool reports not very obviously:

Cannot get device settings: Operation not permitted
Cannot get wake-on-lan settings: Operation not permitted
Cannot get link status: Operation not permitted

461ae6d246 tuned.spec: bz 539949 - SELinux is preventing /usr/bin/python "write" access on tuned 
Added python-devel into BuildRequires. Compiled files (.pyc and .pyo) are now created automatically during package build.

Changed startup priority from 5 to 27.

1afcd62f78 All changes are related to tests: 
- New tests for "tuned-adm" with fake-profiles.
- Common results logging for pluginstest.py and admtest.py.
- Fixed issue with relative paths when started using "make test" or "tests/tuned-test.py".
- A bit code polishing.
- Added README.
- Added TODO.

e5c73033ae jhutar@redhat.com: scomes now watches also forked sub-processes 
KNOWN BUG: Scomes ends when main process ends. So if there is some forked process in the background which lasts longer, some part of it will be missed.
