d7169cf0b2 another change of changelog 
Have to do this to have the same specfile in Fedora and here.

0.2.16-1 merged with 0.2.17-1, as the dates in previsous entries were
crossed. Sorry for doing this.

3bcac3095c architecture specific configuration files support 
If arch specific configuration file is required, add .$arch before the
configuration file extension, e.g.:

In profile 'latency-performance' on s390x machines, special sysctl
tunning is required. Adding 'sysctl.s390x.ktune' file into profile will
cause loading of this file instead of 'sysctl.ktune'.

bdce7eb69d add new enterprise-storage profile 
Starts out as a clone of throughput-performance profile, but takes the
additional steps to disable barriers on data volumes and increase
readahead values.

927529c1cc further throughput-performance profile tweaks 
- don't set pid_max by default, as it can be highly dependent on cpu
  count (and architecture, to some extent)
- add commented out vm.dirty_background_ratio param, which we may or may
  not set sometime in the future, but its also there now for people to
  enable w/relative ease.

3be9255472 governors: prefer cpuspeed, restore for each CPU 
Added verifications, whether tuned cpu supports scaling.

Previous governor settings are saved and reverted separately for each
CPU.

If 'cpuspeed' is installed, CPU governor is set by changing it's
settings. If not, governor is set directly through sysfs and a message
suggesting installation of 'cpuspeed' is shown.

- laptop-batery-powersave
- latency-performance
- throughput-performance

34a8129ea8 tune-profiles: added missing VAR_SUBSYS_KTUNE 
Missing VAR_SUBSYS_KTUNE variable in ktune.sh scripts prevented these
scripts to run stop() when disabling profile.

Fixed in:
 - desktop-powersave
 - laptop-ac-powersave
 - server-powersave
 - spindown-disk

All save files will be in /var/run/tuned directory.
This is being done to comply with SELinux policy.

d8fa2ca16b tuned: pid file moved to /var/run/tuned/tuned.pid 
This is being done to comply with SELinux policy.
/var/run/tuned/ is intended to be a new home of any runtime files
created by tuned itself or tuned plugins.

e12dc4fb78 tuned-adm: fixed disabling tuned 
Services tuned and ktune have to be stopped before removing configration
files. The ktune.sh script may need to do some stop operations.

c62252bb0c throughput-performance: removed SYSCTL option 
/etc/sysctl.ktune is no longer used, sysctl.ktune from profile
is loaded through /etc/ktune.d/tunedadm.conf
