927529c1cc further throughput-performance profile tweaks 
- don't set pid_max by default, as it can be highly dependent on cpu
  count (and architecture, to some extent)
- add commented out vm.dirty_background_ratio param, which we may or may
  not set sometime in the future, but its also there now for people to
  enable w/relative ease.

3be9255472 governors: prefer cpuspeed, restore for each CPU 
Added verifications, whether tuned cpu supports scaling.

Previous governor settings are saved and reverted separately for each
CPU.

If 'cpuspeed' is installed, CPU governor is set by changing it's
settings. If not, governor is set directly through sysfs and a message
suggesting installation of 'cpuspeed' is shown.

Updated profiles:
- laptop-batery-powersave
- latency-performance
- throughput-performance

34a8129ea8 tune-profiles: added missing VAR_SUBSYS_KTUNE 
Missing VAR_SUBSYS_KTUNE variable in ktune.sh scripts prevented these
scripts to run stop() when disabling profile.

Fixed in:
 - desktop-powersave
 - laptop-ac-powersave
 - server-powersave
 - spindown-disk

347a24aa21 throughput-performance: updated save paths 
All save files will be in /var/run/tuned directory.
This is being done to comply with SELinux policy.

d8fa2ca16b tuned: pid file moved to /var/run/tuned/tuned.pid 
This is being done to comply with SELinux policy.
/var/run/tuned/ is intended to be a new home of any runtime files
created by tuned itself or tuned plugins.

e12dc4fb78 tuned-adm: fixed disabling tuned 
Services tuned and ktune have to be stopped before removing configration
files. The ktune.sh script may need to do some stop operations.

d88e88579f ktune: update throughput-performance profile for rhel6 
Per discussion with the perf team:

- Set performance cpuspeed governor
- Set deadline io scheduler
- Set kernel.sched_min_granularity_ns = 10000000
- Set kernel.sched_wakeup_granularity_ns = 15000000
- Set vm.dirty_ratio = 40

88ed6a3138 ktune: fix service ktune status w/no sysctl changes applied 
The default profile has no sysctl changes to it. If you try running
service ktune status after applying it, you get:

Current ktune sysctl settings:
awk: cmd. line:1: fatal: cannot open file `/var/run/ktune.save' for reading (No such file or directory)

After this patch:
Current ktune sysctl settings:
None

(Simply adds a check for $SAVE_FILE, and if not found, prints out NONE).
