Marcelo Tosatti cbcd1df901 network-latency: enable rcu_normal_after_boot=1 kernel parameter ... The rcu_normal_after_boot=1 kernel parameter (which is enabled by default on CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT kernels) avoids the use of IPIs to expedite the runtime of synchronize_rcu_expedited() callers.
