Jaroslav Škarvada e2f86d412f plugin_vm: do not set transparent_hugepages if overridden in kernel boot cmdline 
Also removed transparent_hugepages from throughput-performance profile.
Added support for 'madvise' setting of transparent_hugepages.

Resolves: rhbz#1189868
