edc85cb8ac add pmqos-static.py daemon 
Designed to be invoked by 'ktune.sh' scripts to set static values
of PM QoS. The tool should not be called manually.

d7169cf0b2 another change of changelog 
Have to do this to have the same specfile in Fedora and here.

0.2.16-1 merged with 0.2.17-1, as the dates in previsous entries were
crossed. Sorry for doing this.

12968c1f26 fixed symlinks to configuration files 
After fresh installation, configuration files will be symbolic links to
appropriate files in 'default' profile.

461ae6d246 tuned.spec: bz 539949 - SELinux is preventing /usr/bin/python "write" access on tuned 
Added python-devel into BuildRequires. Compiled files (.pyc and .pyo) are now created automatically during package build.
